Monday Meditation
Each month we present and practice a different meditation style or technique, giving you a variety of options to experience the benefits of meditation. April features the practice of Chakra meditation. A guided practice, it not only enhances awareness of the main energy centers to promote balanced function there, but also creates realization of the energetic flow between the centers. This energetic circulation has many wonderful benefits: profound relaxation, nervous system regulation, and balancing overall health and wellness. It requires only the ability to listen, making it easy for both beginners and advanced meditators to enjoy.

Here and After Club
Join us for a deeply meaningful afternoon celebrating life and honoring death as we explore liminal space together in community. Our time will include gentle, mindful movement, open , facilitated conversation around death and dying, grief, and all that surrounds it, and integrating breathwork. We invite individuals with all views, beliefs, and practices, and encourage questions and curiosities as we delve into these deeply sacred topics. You are welcome to bring a cherished token for our altar space, and any comfort items you may need. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided, as well as seasonal soul-nourishing beverages.

Yoga Nidra with Megan V.
Find your center and unlock a deeper level of relaxation. Soak in all the benefits of yogic sleep as Megan guides you through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. Ideal for anyone and everyone regardless of experience, yoga Nidra can aid in improving sleep, reducing stress, and in emotional and physical healing. This nis a passive practice of conscious relaxation while participants are comfortable and still. Truly a treat for all yogis!

Earth Day Drum & Sound Bath
Come immerse yourself in the rhythms of the earth and connect with nature while surrounded in healing sound. Our journey begins with rhythmic drumming to ground and center, whether you prefer to play along or just listen. Then, all participants will settle back to float into open meditation accompanied by bells, singing bowls, and chimes. Expect to feel balanced, centered, light, and most importantly, relaxed!

Restorative Reset
Reset mind and body and create profound inner peace. Join us for 90 minutes of pure peace and relaxation in a series of carefully curated supported postures designed to allow you to let go. Megan will guide you through meditations enhanced by intentionally crafted oil blends as you release stress, worries, and tension. You will float home feeling peaceful, lighter, and brighter. Absolutely no previous yoga experience required for this calming practice.

Yoga for Mental Balance
Join Bobbi for our 2 hour workshop to improve your mental health and well-being! Learn how your body and brain react to anxiety and depression and develop the tools to support yourself and others. We'll cover the 8 limbs of yoga, including yamas, niyamas, asanas, and pranayama. Activities and physical yoga practice session included.
